- What is EasyFreelancing.com?
- We are a community website that bridge the freelancer and employer to get the freelance project done in the simplest and faster way. All our service is Free. Check out our “About Us” page.
- Is there any frees and charges for using our service?
- We always follow our philosophy - contributing to the community in a Free of Charge way. Both of the Employer and freelancer are invited to use our FREE service to get things done in the faster and most efficient way.
- I’m an employer or service buyer, do I need to register to post a job?
- No. Free and Easy style. No need to remember any password . Everything is manage through email.
- How to create a project?
- First, click “Create a Project” on the header / the sticky note on top the sidebar. then, fill-up all the required fields in the form. Click on the submit button to post your project.
- What happens after create project?
- You will receive an activation email to verify your posting. Click on the verification link and your project is ready to go live.
- How to communicate with Freelancers?
- Whenever any freelance leave you a message in your comment box, you will get notify by email. Then, start your communication with the interested freelancer to get the job done.
- How to award a project to a Freelancer?
- Our system doesn’t support on awarding any project. Perhaps, you should click on the “Close project” link in your project administration email. Then, your project will be closed for any communication.
- How to close a project?
- Remember there is an activation email when you activating your project at the first time? There is a close project link at the bottom of the email. Just click on it and we will redirect you to a project closing page.
- How to edit a project after post?
- Remember there is an activation email when you activating your project at the first time? There is an edit project link at the bottom of the email. Just click on it and we will redirect you to a project edit page. Make the changes and submit it.
- How do I pay the freelancer?
- We don’t support any payment processing here. We recommend you to use the common payment gateway such as paypal, google checkout for international freelancer. As for local freelancer, there is many free payment gateway such as Maybank2u or any others online banking facility.
- Why is my posted job deleted from your website without notice?
